About me
Welcome to BetterHelp. years, I have start by offering a cup of water before the intake in veterans hospitals, thearpy is embodied hospitality,
On BetterHelp, I specialize in equipping men to navigate their relationships with themselves and others securely.
I also help individuals manage ADHD, bipolar disorder, anger, trust issues, as well as other mental health and relaitonal concerns, by building a metaphorical toolkit step by step based around thier feedback that equips them to practice mindfulness around their cocerns..
Additionally, I work with people facing challenges related to anxiety depression, PTSD, CPTSD, Loss, substance addiction, and sexual addictions.
For over a decade, I have led men’s groups addressing substance use and sexual addictions, creating spaces where we can recognize and address concerns of the present, the impact of the past and the reality if owning ones behaviors so we can make the best future possible.
When you’re ready to lay the foundation for a stronger sense of self and address your emotional and relational health concerns, let’s start the work together to do so today.
Warmly,
Bryan Young, LPC
