I am here to assist with processing your thoughts and feelings related to stressors—grieving the loss of loved ones, relationship difficulties, past traumas, depressed mood, and/or concerns related to your future. I have 20+ years of experience working in the field of mental health. I whole-heartedly enjoy being a therapist and will work proactively to help you resolve the issues that keep you unfulfilled. I believe you have enough inner wisdom to guide your healing, which has driven you here. Here’s to an amazing start! I will support your ability to recognize your innermost voice, connect with your deepest self, and ultimately find the healing you are seeking.
I see counseling/therapy as a process in which you the client, and I having come to understand and trust one another, work as a team to explore and define present problem situations, develop future goals for an improved life and work in a systematic fashion toward realizing those goals. Working to help clients understand and identify their own strengths and incorporating coping skills. Helping them to exemplify their strengths while processing aspects of the past to create and understand their present and future.
